The thesis is based on a development project carried out at the Gostol Gopan
d.o.o., a company with many years of experience in the manufacture of equipment and
automation of lines for the preparation of bakery products. This work mainly describes
development of the electrical documentation and software code for the automation of
a labelling machine. The EPLAN Electric software environment was used to design
the electrical diagrams and produce all electrical documentation. TIA Portal V15.1
software environment was used to develop machine management and control software.
With the development of the device, we have automated the labelling process of bakery
products, allowing the customer to have a higher capacity and a better quality product.
