The thesis focuses on the New Age movement, which we place among the new religious phenomena. The term describes various religious movements that developed in the second half of the twentieth century. The movement began in the West, but over time it became a global phenomenon. Part of New Age is also neo-paganism, which builds its spirituality on old pagan beliefs. In addition to the basic explanation of New Age and neo-paganism, the paper connects these two concepts and researches them in context of Slovenia, where we can find various neo-pagan groups and organizations.
