In my diploma thesis I will present the process of transporting cars by road, focusing on the appropriate procedures of damage management used in the company Frikus špedicija d.o.o. to ensure smooth transport. I will describe the means of transport for the transportation of cars and related additional equipment, the duties and additional equipment of drivers, present the process of carrying out the transport, the procedure of cargo insurance and transport liability. I will focus on the area of injuries, where I will list the most common causes of their occurrence, define their classification and treatment in individual cases. I will describe the process of inspection of vehicles of the car manufacturer Renault, which is considered one of the largest partners of Frikus špedicija d. o. o., the process of recording damage and missing parts on vehicles and the responsibility of the driver during transportation. Finally, I present the company Frikus špedicija d. o. o. and describe how they approach the problem in the company.
