The master's thesis is about the quality of working life of employees at the Social Work Centre Dolenjska and Bela krajina. My goal was to research employees satisfaction with working conditions, the possibility of promotion, information about events in the company, personal income, relationships with employees, employment stability, the possibility of professional development, participation, work creativity and security. The theoretical part of the thesis includes overwiev of the topics of effectiveness of communication throughout the company, the opportunities for education offered by the company and the effectiveness of communication with close associates. I researched, whether the topics depend on gender, age, education and length of employment. The empirical part presents a quantitative analysis of the obtained data, obtained throught questionnaire filled out by employees of the Social Work Centre Dolenjska and Bela krajina. The results showed that most employees are satisfied with their work at the Social Work Centre Dolenjska and Bela krajina.
