Terminska pridelava sort iz skupin Brassica rapa Mizuna in Brassica juncea Leaf Mustard na plavajočem hidroponskem sistemu

V poskusu, ki je potekal v delno ogrevanem rastlinjaku na Biotehniški fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani, smo proučevali pridelavo azijskih listnatih križnic na plavajočem hidroponskem sistemu. Kontrolne rastline smo gojili v šotnem substratu. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti, kako terminska pridelava vpliva na pridelek azijskih listnatih križnic, zato smo zasnovali poskus v treh terminih, v jeseni 2019 in zimi 2020. V raziskavo smo vključili 2 sorti iz skupine mizun (Brassica rapa L. skupina Mizuna) in eno sorto iz skupine mustard (Brassica juncea L. skupina Leaf mustard). Poskus je potekal od 9.11.2019-6.12.2019 (1. termin), 6.12.2019-6.3.2020 (2. termin) in 11.2.2020-24.3.2020 (3. termin). Sadike smo postavili na plavajoč hidroponski sistem in posadili v rastni substrat (kontrolne rastline) in jih gojili do tehnološke zrelosti. Ko so rozete razvile 5-6 listov, smo jih porezali, v prvem in tretjem terminu enkrat, v drugem terminu pa smo imeli 2 rezi pridelka. Ugotovili smo, da je bil pridelek pri vseh treh sortah večji pri pridelavi na hidroponskem sistemu glede na gojenje v rastnem substratu. Razlike v pridelku so bile največje v 3. terminu, ko smo pri sorti 'Mizuna Grün' pobrali 3309 g/m2 pridelka na hidroponu in 767 g/m2 v šotnem substratu; pri sorti 'Mizuna Rot' smo pobrali 820 g/m2 na hidroponu in 545 g/m2 v šotnem substratu in pri sorti 'Mustard Giant Rot' 1564 g/m2 na hidroponu in 871 g/m2 v šotnem substratu. Delež suhe snovi je bil v pridelku sort 'Mizuna Grün' in 'Mizuna Rot', pridelanem na hidroponu, od 6,1 % v prvem terminu pridelave do 8,6 % v 3. terminu in v pridelku, pridelanem v rastnem substratu, od 7,3 % v prvem terminu do 13,2 % v 3. terminu pridelave. Najbolj občutljiva za prehod v fazo cvetenja je bila sorta 'Mizuna Grün', saj je v 2. terminu pridelave prešlo v fazo cvetenja 42 % rastlin, gojenih na hidroponskem plavajočem sistemu in 30 % rastlin, gojenih v šotnem substratu. V 3. terminu so zacvetele le rastline sorte 'Mizuna Rot' (17 %), gojene v šotnem substratu

Naslov:Growing period of Mizuna and Leaf Mustard cultivars from Brassica rapa and Brassica juncea groups grown on a hydroponic floating system

In experiments conducted in a partially heated greenhouse at Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana, the production of Asian leafy brassicas on a floating hydroponic system was investigated. Control plants were grown in peat substrate. The aim of this study was to determine how cultivation during the winter period affects the yield of Asian leafy brassicas. Therefore, three experiments were conducted in the fall of 2019 and winter of 2020. The study included 2 cultivars from the Mizuna group (Brassica rapa L. Mizuna group) and one cultivar from the Leaf Mustard group (Brassica juncea L. Leaf Mustard group). Trials were conducted from 9 November to 6 December 2019 (1st trial), 6 December to 6 March (2nd trial) and 11 February to 24 March 2020 (3rd trial). Seedlings were placed on a floating hydroponic system and planted in the substrate and grown to technological maturity. When the rosettes had developed 5-6 leaves, the crop was harvested. In the 1st and 3rd experiments the yield was cut once, in the 2nd experiment twice. Yield was higher for all three cultivars in the hydroponic system than when cultivated in substrate. The differences in yield were greatest in the 3rd experiment. The yield of 'Mizuna Grün' was, 3309 g/m2 from the hydroponic system and 767 g/m2 from the substrate; the yield of 'Mizuna Rot' was 820 g/m2 from the hydroponic system and 545 g/m2 from the substrate and for the cultivar 'Mustard Giant Rot' 1564 g/m2 from the hydroponic system and 871 g/m2 from the substrate. The dry matter content of 'Mizuna Grün' and 'Mizuna Rot' grown on hydropon varied from 6.1% in the first trial to 8.6% in the 3rd trial and for the variety grown on the substrate from 7.3% in the first trial to 13.2% in the 3rd trial. 'Mizuna Grün' was the most sensitive to the transition to the flowering phase, as 42% of the plants grown on a floating hydroponic system and 30% of the plants grown on a substrate entered the flowering phase in the 2nd experiment. In the 3rd experiment, only the plants of 'Mizuna Rot' (17%) grown in substrate flowered.
