Covid-19 didn't impact only the way of life but also the organization of work. In addition to the classical approach, new approaches to the organization of work appeared. Some of the approaches were also present before Covid-19, however to a lesser extent. In the thesis, the influence of Covid-19 on the organization of work in company X was researched. Based on the results of interviews conducted with selected employees in company X, we found that Covid-19 has greatly influenced the organization of work in the company. Working from home is certainly one form of work that has significantly influenced the organization of work in the company. The company had to protect its employees from the coronavirus and one of the measures was the transition from office work to working from home. The human resource department in the company had an important role in this transition and it had communication and advisory role. It tried to help employees in various ways and helped them solve the challenges they faced and protect them from coronavirus infections. Covid-19 also had a negative impact on the work and well-being of employees, as it was a new and unknown situation, which caused stress, distress and many challenges.
