Abstract
S pojavom covida-19 se je poleg načina življenja spremenil tudi način organizacije dela. Poleg klasičnega načina oblikovanja dela sedaj poznamo tudi nove pristope oblikovanja dela, ki so ponekod bili že prej prisotni, zagotovo pa ne v takšni meri kot sedaj. Zato smo v diplomskem delu preučili vpliv covida-19 na organizacijo dela v podjetju X. Na podlagi rezultatov intervjujev, ki so bili narejeni z izbranimi zaposlenimi v podjetju X in so predstavljeni v empiričnem delu, smo ugotovili, da je covid-19 v veliki meri vplival na organizacijo dela v podjetju. Delo od doma je zagotovo oblika dela, ki je bistveno vplivala na organizacijo dela v podjetju. Podjetje je moralo svoje zaposlene zaščititi pred koronavirusom in eden izmed ukrepov je bil prehod z dela v pisarni na delo od doma. Pomembno vlogo pri tem prehodu pa je imel kadrovski oddelek v podjetju, saj je imel komunikacijsko in svetovalno vlogo. Na različne načine je poskušal pomagati svojim zaposlenim pri reševanju izzivov, s katerimi so se srečevali in jih zaščititi pred okužbami s koronavirusom. Prav tako je covid-19 negativno vplival na delo in počutje zaposlenih, saj je šlo za novo in nepoznano situacijo, ki je povzročila stres, stisko in veliko izzivov.

Title:The impact of Covid-19 on the work organization in the company
Abstract:
Covid-19 didn't impact only the way of life but also the organization of work. In addition to the classical approach, new approaches to the organization of work appeared. Some of the approaches were also present before Covid-19, however to a lesser extent. In the thesis, the influence of Covid-19 on the organization of work in company X was researched. Based on the results of interviews conducted with selected employees in company X, we found that Covid-19 has greatly influenced the organization of work in the company. Working from home is certainly one form of work that has significantly influenced the organization of work in the company. The company had to protect its employees from the coronavirus and one of the measures was the transition from office work to working from home. The human resource department in the company had an important role in this transition and it had communication and advisory role. It tried to help employees in various ways and helped them solve the challenges they faced and protect them from coronavirus infections. Covid-19 also had a negative impact on the work and well-being of employees, as it was a new and unknown situation, which caused stress, distress and many challenges.
