Professional, responsible, efficient administration with an adequate division of responsibilities and transparent work of employees of the judiciary, starting with the head judiciary roles, the civil servants and appointees, is one of the important factors that lead to modernization of the judiciary and the overall administration of the judicial system, and have become the main priorities of National reform of Justice system for the period 2013-2018.
In order to get the positive user response justice system and Commercial courts of the Republic of Serbia, in the form of an open, transparent and reliable organization, the organization structure must be changed and, instead of "closed" organization, as users and the media rated it, it is necessary to create a an open, efficient organization with very high quality of services.
The analysis of the quality of the commercial courts has been conducted, and with the comparative analysis of the results of work and quality of work of Economic court in Užice, Požarevac and Sombor it has been found that the Commercial courts have the best overall results with a high coefficient of quality. Also the application of ISO 9001 has been applied to the management of the Commercial Court, proving the hypothesis that the quality menagement system contributes significantly to improvement of the functioning of the Commercial Court.
