Master's thesis explores consequences of precarious work on quality of life of precarious workers. With that purpose, psychological theory that focuses on individuals' needs, is included, one of the needs is the need to socialize. Researching the need to socialize is latter broadened to analysing social structure and social system. From here on, plot focuses on researching contemporary social system which is based on neoliberalism, which represents the basis for appearance of a new social class called precariat. In the next step precariat is defined and also aspects imortant for quality of life are defined. At the end master's thesis focuses on researching precarisation of areas important for quality of life. The empirical part of master's thesis is based on qualitative research which purpose is assessment of consequences of precarious work on quality of life of precarious workers. Non-standard interviews that include six people focuse on the areas of life, which are described as key to quality of life. Gained information was analysed with qualitative method of open coding. At the end of the thesis, conclusions and prepositions are included.
