Companies always try to optimize business processes. Nowadays, one of the key methods for the optimization is digitization of business. Therefore more and more companies invest into the development of applications that can perform this kind of optimization. Starting point of the diploma thesis is the development of the application for support human-resource departments within companies, which allows for easier managing and administration of personal employees maps. During the completion of the diploma thesis different tools and methods, such as Angular, .NET Core and Kanban were employed. The result of the diploma thesis is the application which provides the support for employee management such as the evaluation and management of functional and behavioural competencies and assigning and overview of responsibilities and authorizations of employees. The aim of the developed solution is to help and improve different departments within the company to make the management of employees easier, faster and more efficient.
