The thesis presents the problem of the outdated document system and the renovation of the graphical interface for working with templates and documents. In doing so, we covered the enitre process of information gathering, to the production of a graphical interface and analysis at the end.
We presented the basics of electrnoic and clasic – paper document systems, its advantages and disadvantages. Some good examples of document systems already on the market are also described. We briefly explaine some related systems and how they cooperate with document system.
Renovation of the document system in the company where I am employed is explained to detail. We have described the planning steps and approaches that we have selected in security implementation. For ease of understanding, a logical model of the database and the table used are also presented. The entity model was divided into tables for the easier presentaton and understanding. The procedure of renovating graphical user interface is descirbed on case-by-case basis and is presented together with the layout of the page and its functionality.
In the end, a comparison with the old document system is presented, a short survery of user happines with new system, findings and what impovements could be mad in the future \par
The main thesis result is working graphical user interface for document system in our company and basic presentation of document system.
