Gozdno gospodarstvo Bled is one of the leading Slovenian companies engaged in forestry. In recent years, the most attention is paid to wood harvest and purchase of wood on the forest road. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to establish and provide the basis for an updated, more just, equitable and effective system to reward workers in forest production GG Bled. The emphasis is mainly on modern technologies of timber production and on the qualitative work performance. Analytical evaluation of the workplaces to which persons are assigned is the basis on which their performance is valued and is consequently crucial for paying workers. Analytical evaluation of nine workplaces was made, while the inventory of the qualitative work performance was carried out with five workers. The results of the analytical evaluation are presented in tables and charts. The position of a logger was chosen as a primary workplace on the basis of which we have presented other employment relationships. The maximum number of points at the inventory of the qualitative work performance was 100 % the results are presented in tables. For workplaces that are directly related to the logging production a norm of manufacture of products should be determined. Therefore, a method of calculating payments for specific workplaces is proposed eventually.
