In my master’s degree I studied the most visited primary school’s interest activity – the choir. Representative pattern of my research were eight primary schools of Spodnja Savinjska valley: 1st Primary School Žalec, Primary School Petrovče, Primary School Griže, Primary School Braslovče, Primary School Polzela, Primary School Prebold, Primary School Vransko-Tabor and Primary School Šempeter. A quality and quantity state of vocal casts and different choirs at previously mentioned primary schools was made with the help of a questionnaire. I was able to see personal and professional images of mentors, their ways of work, priorities, participations and accomplishments in different levels. Based on my research I came to conclusion that the following parameters have a great influence on primary school’s choralism: the number of learners at school, the organisation of school work, learner’s infrastructure, affection of management, charisma, professional competence and experiences of a mentor, children’s interest, affection of narrower and wider environment, encouragement and affection of other professional co-workers at school and parents, and also financial support of the first rate programmes like intensive singing exercises, independent concerts, singing uniforms, multimedia and others.
