The focus of the Bachelor's degree is laid on the agricultural cooperative in the making. Going further, the process of its making is presented, its instalment in cooperativism and corpus of the alternative economics which widely developed at the end of the 20th century as a response to neoliberal capitalism. Parallels between the cooperatives and solidarity economics and network or economy are researched since they represent the basic principle and moto of the phenomena. The main theme deals with formation of community involved in the solidarity projects, examination of relationships and staff’s motivation for reaching and fulfilling its goals. In more detailed part of the research, the evolution of the community is presented: reasons for, possibilities for and obstacles in the development of active personnel. Since it represents a basis for building a successful alternative, the stress is laid on researching the answers of cooperative’s members.
