This thesis describes the process of creating a corporate visual identity and a website for a real estate company.
The importance of a quality website is becoming more essential since this is often the first contact that a company makes with a potential buyer. Based on this experience, the visitor creates an opinion about the company and decides whether they want to do business with them in the future. With this in mind, we started to create the website Slo-dom. The company is new in the market of real estate brokerage, so the primary purpose of the website is to present the company to the market and reach a wider audience.
In the thesis, the experimental work described the process of creating a corporate visual identity starting with the definition of goals, then defining the creative process and in the end, the final product. The process of building a website starts with the analysis of the market, continues with the definition of target groups and a representative user, conceptual design and information architecture, and finally the process of creating a website and the final product.
The corporate visual identity was created using Adobe Illustrator, and the creation of the website was done using the WordPress content management system and Divi builder.
Testing the website's performance was done through interviews. It was found that the website, according to test users, is successful in terms of aesthetics and functionality and achieves the expected level of usability.
