Položaj mladih na prehodu v samostojnost iz Stanovanjske skupine Mladinskega doma Malči Beličeve

Magistrsko delo povzema proces osamosvajanja mladih, ki so bivali v Stanovanjski enoti Mladinskega doma Malči Beličeve. Skozi raziskovanje sem odkrivala položaj mladih na prehodu in podporo, ki so je bili deležni. V teoretičnem delu sem opisala mladost in potrebe mladih, nato sem prešla na stile vzgoje in načine dela z mladimi. V nadaljevanju sem se soočala s pojmom ranljivosti in opisala načine dela z ranljivimi mladimi, ob koncu naloge pa sem se posvetila institucionalni obravnavi mladih in zakonodaji. Empirični del raziskave je kvalitativen in vsebuje odprte intervjuje z vzgojitelji in mladostniki.

Izvleček

The master thesis summarizes the process of achieving independence of young individuals living in the housing units of the Malči Belič Youth Home. Through research, the position of young individuals in the transition period of becoming independent and the support they are receiving in that time is tried to be identified. The theoretical part describes the period of youth and the needs of young individuals, as well as various education types and ways of working with young people. Furthermore, the master thesis deals with the concept of vulnerability and the ways of how to work with vulnerable young individuals. Moreover, the thesis deals with the institutional treatment of young people and the applicable regulation. The empirical part of this thesis is based on qualitative research and consists of open interviews with educators and adolescents.
