Tennis is a sport game, which is becoming more interesting to a larger number of tennis players because of its unpredictability. That is why in recreational, competitively and professional tennis is more and more injuries. The disertation presents the most common injuries of the back, knee and ankle. I studied detailed anatomical structure of back, knee, upper and lower ankle. I continued with a general overview of sport injuries, but I focused most on determining most common injuries of back, knee and ankle in tennis. I described the possible causes of tennis injuries, and I focused on finding the most common tennis injuries of the back, knee and ankle. Most of these injuries are chronic in nature, due to the long repetition of specific tennis movements, they are soft tissue damage and stress fractures. In the last part of my master's thesis, I described some preventive exercises for the back, knee and ankles with balance pad, which can reduce the number of injuries. I also made personal exercise program for back problems, Osgood- Schlatter desease and sprain ankle. At the end I made some warm up exercises which is very important to reduce number of injuries.
