Today's rhythm of life is faster than it used to be, so we need to know how to reconcile work and family life, which is a lot of stress. Based on research, the pedagogical profession is regarded as an extremely stressful profession, and that was the main reason for research. The purpose of the diploma work was to indentify the presence of stress in the community and to formulate guidelines for employees to reduce stress for a pleasant and healthy life. The aim of the diploma work was to study domestic and foreign literature in field of stress at the workplace and to conduct research in the educational institution.
In the theoretical part of the thesis, the theory, which deals with the definition of stress and stress in the workplace, is presented on the basis of the method of compilation, and methods of analysis and inductive-deductive methods, followed by presentation of the treatment of stress and the consequenses of stress and how to prevent preventive stress from stress. After studying selected foreign and domestic literature and sources, a questionnaire was developed for the purpose of research to determine the presence of stress in the educational institution. The results of the servey were analyzed by statistical methods and served as the basis for the development of proposals for improvments.
The obtained results of the research are both positive and negative. Employees are exposed to stress several times a month and can handle stress and have a healthy lifestyle. Stress is most present in the workplace due to dissatisfaction with leadership and superior and rewarding. The management of the group and the superiors and employees must be able to establish a good interpersonal communication network and work well and be able to reward employees for a good job.
