ANALIZA DOŽIVLJANJA STRESA NA DELOVNEM MESTU V IZBRANI ZDRUŽBI JAVNEGA SEKTORJA

Abstract
Današnji ritem življenja je hitrejši, kot je bil nekoč, zato moramo znati usklajevati poklicno in družinsko življenje, kar nam predstavlja veliko stresa. Pedagoški poklic je na podlagi raziskav ocenjen kot izjemno stresen poklic in to je bil glavni razlog za raziskovanje. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti prisotnost stresa v združbi in oblikovati napotke zaposlenim za zmanjševanje stresa za prijetno in zdravo življenje. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil podrobneje proučiti domačo in tujo literaturo s področja stresa na delovnem mestu ter opraviti raziskavo v vzgojno-izobraževalnem zavodu. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je na podlagi metode kompilacije in metode analize ter induktivno-deduktivne metode predstavljena teorija, ki se nanaša na opredelitev stresa in stresa na delovnem mestu, sledi predstavitev ravnanja s stresom in posledic stresa ter kako se preventivno zaščitimo pred stresom. Po proučitvi izbrane tuje in domače literature in virov je bil za namen raziskave izdelan vprašalnik za ugotavljanje prisotnosti stresa v vzgojno-izobraževalnem zavodu. Rezultati raziskave so bili analizirani s statističnimi metodami in so služili kot podlaga za oblikovanje predlogov za izboljšave. Pridobljeni rezultati raziskave so obenem pozitivni in negativni. Zaposleni so stresu izpostavljeni večkrat mesečno in znajo ravnati s stresom ter imajo zdrav življenjski slog. Stres je na delovnem mestu najbolj prisoten zaradi nezadovoljstva z vodstvom in nadrejenimi ter nagrajevanjem. Vodstvo združbe in nadrejeni ter zaposleni morajo znati vzpostaviti dobro medosebno komunikacijsko mrežo in dobro sodelovati ter znati nagraditi zaposlene za dobro opravljeno delo.

Title:WORK STRESS ANALYSIS IN A SELECTED PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANIZATION
Abstract:
Today's rhythm of life is faster than it used to be, so we need to know how to reconcile work and family life, which is a lot of stress. Based on research, the pedagogical profession is regarded as an extremely stressful profession, and that was the main reason for research. The purpose of the diploma work was to indentify the presence of stress in the community and to formulate guidelines for employees to reduce stress for a pleasant and healthy life. The aim of the diploma work was to study domestic and foreign literature in field of stress at the workplace and to conduct research in the educational institution. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the theory, which deals with the definition of stress and stress in the workplace, is presented on the basis of the method of compilation, and methods of analysis and inductive-deductive methods, followed by presentation of the treatment of stress and the consequenses of stress and how to prevent preventive stress from stress. After studying selected foreign and domestic literature and sources, a questionnaire was developed for the purpose of research to determine the presence of stress in the educational institution. The results of the servey were analyzed by statistical methods and served as the basis for the development of proposals for improvments. The obtained results of the research are both positive and negative. Employees are exposed to stress several times a month and can handle stress and have a healthy lifestyle. Stress is most present in the workplace due to dissatisfaction with leadership and superior and rewarding. The management of the group and the superiors and employees must be able to establish a good interpersonal communication network and work well and be able to reward employees for a good job.
