ABSTRACT
Quality work with younger footballers can not be based on a good selection of better players, as such selection in Slovenia is very difficult to perform according to the number of girls who train football. It is therefore even more important that we work with all the girls who join the football training process from the very beginning. In the pursuit of quality, there will be fewer errors in working with young footballers, since it is later in the training process the biggest problem in eliminating them.
The purpose of the diploma work is to define and present the areas of importance for working with younger footballers. In addition to techniques, tactics and fitness, briefly presents the areas of developmental characteristics of children and training management. The discussion presents and illustrates how systematically, systematically and professionally managed work with actors from 6 to 10 years. In addition, it is also presented how the planning, implementation and analysis of work with younger footballers is taking place. How the methodology of teaching some technical and tactical content is being carried out, and how we prepare the training is presented with graphical representations. Graphic representations also present some elementary and other games for the development of the motive versatility.
We used Tactics Manager version 2.6 and 3.0 graphical software to create graphic exercises for exercises, elementary games and polygons.
