Trilobiti iz evropskih najdišč v šolskih in zgodovinskih zbirkah Prirodoslovnega muzeja Slovenije

V Prirodoslovnem muzeju Slovenije v Ljubljani so shranjene številne manjše geološke zbirke, ki so bile nekoč v zasebni lasti. Te zbirke so imele v zgodovini zelo velik pomen kot del učnih pripomočkov pri pouku naravoslovja. Med njimi sta šolski zbirki nekdanje Mariborske Realke in Gimnazije Ledina, ter zasebna zbirka Antona Bianchija. Zbirke so nastajale v drugi polovici 19. stoletja, ko so bile zbirke pomemben učni pripomoček. Mariborska šolska zbirka vsebuje več kot 2000 različnih primerkov fosilov, mineralov in kamnin. Zbirka Gimnazije Ledina obsega 45 primerkov kamnin, 7 primerkov rud, 53 primerkov mineralov in 161 primerkov fosilov. Bianchijeva geološka zbirka vsebuje 214 primerkov fosilov, 211 primerkov mineralov in 214 primerkov premogov. Med fosili so posebno zanimivi trilobiti, ki prihajajo iz nekaterih zgodovinsko pomembnih evropskih najdišč, kot so nahajališča na Češkem (Skryje, Chuchle, Wesergebirge, Vesela, Koněprusy in Jince) in v Nemčiji (Zizeneff, Hüsten, Landsberg, Gerolstein, Branik in Vakovice). Namen diplomske naloge je bil podrobnejši pregled in revizija trilobitov iz omenjenih zbirk. Vrstno določitev sem popravil za 13 primerkov. Vsem trilobitom nisem uspel določiti najdišča, saj podatek o le-tem ni bil naveden. V veliki večini mi je uspelo primerjati vrste med seboj, razen v primeru, ko je bila določena samo družina ali rod.

Many of the smaller geological collections that were once privately owned are stored in the Museum of Natural History in Ljubljana. These collections have had a great importance in history as part of teaching aids in science education. Among them are the school collections of the former Maribor Realka and the Ledina Gymnasium, as well as the private collection of Anton Bianchi. Collections were created in the second half of the 19th century, when the collections were an important learning aid. The Maribor school collection contains more than 2000 different examples of fossils, minerals and rocks. The collection of the Ledina Gymnasium comprises 45 specimens of rocks, 7 specimens of ores, 53 specimens of minerals and 161 fossil specimens. Bianchi's geological collection contains 214 specimens of fossils, 211 specimens of minerals and 214 specimens of coal. Among the fossils there are particularly interesting trilobites that come from some historically important European sites, such as the deposits in the Czech Republic (Skryje, Chuchle, Wesergebirge, Vesela, Koněprusy and Jince) and in Germany (Zizeneff, Hüsten, Landsberg, Gerolstein, Branik and Vakovice). The purpose of the diploma work was to provide a more detailed overview and revision of the trilobites from the above collections. I've fixed the order determination for 13 specimens. I did not manage to determine the site for all trilobites because the information about it was not misleading. In the great majority I managed to compare the species with each other, except in the case where only the family or the family was determined.
