Introduction: Zirconium oxide ceramics and lithium disilicate are dental ceramic materials that predominate in CAD/CAM technology in the production of full ceramic dental substitutes. Zirconium oxide is extremely homo-compatible and has good mechanical properties. The advantage of lithium disilicate is its high aesthetics. Formation of dental replacements is quite challenging for the beginners. Video presentations that are available on the internet are helpful in the learning process and can also be used to enrich lectures, but they can only be found in foreign languages and rarely show the entire manufacturing process. The display of work procedures is easier and more accurate through image and sound. There are many software programs for creating video, but Adobe Premiere Pro is the dominant one and satisfies even the most demanding customers. Purpose: Through our video presentation of the production of full ceramic dental replacements, we would like to explicitly, quickly and efficiently demonstrate the procedures of making dental restoration with CAD/CAM method. Methods: The descriptive method was used when reviewing the professional literature. We searched for informations in Slovenian and English language. Practical products, the full ceramic crown and the full ceramic bridge, were made in a dental laboratory according to the CAD/CAM method, documented with both, image and video material. Video archive was stored through the entire production and was modified in Adobe Premiere Pro software. Results: Both full ceramic dental restaurations aesthetically and functionally satisfy the standards. We achieved high aesthetics of zirconia bridge with after cheramic build up effect. We made a monolithic lithium dislicate crown on tooth 23 and zirconium bridge from teeth 24 to 26. The production itself is supported with video presentation, which was created in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 software for better understanding of the process by students and patients. Discussion and conclusion: Zircon and lithium disilicate ceramics are biocompatible. With both materials we can achieve high aesthetic effects. Zirkon is with its exceptional mechanical properties suitable for bridge structures up to two pontic. Video presentation helps in the learning process and in attracting attention. By making a good video, we can present the desired information (or work procedures in our case) in a quicker and more comprehensible way.
