This diploma thesis presents a project of disassembling technological equipment in a pharmaceutical company, performed by an independent contractor whose core business is the production and assembly of process systems. The project is described in detail, from customer demand to cost analysis of the project. It covers the creation of work breakdown structure and organizational breakdown structure (organizational work structure?), with the help of which the responsibility matrix is formed. All periods of individual activities are analysed, as are the overall duration of the project implementation and the project risks. The sequence of project activities is shown using a network diagram and a Gantt chart, and the critical path is also marked.
