The master thesis presents the robotic wire additive arc welding based on MAG welding with CMT+PULSE welding function. The experimental work is based on the experimental robotic wire additive arc welding of thick walls and different methods of additive welding of pre-made channels with width 3 mm and 5 mm. Based on the analysis of macro structure of channels, a certain methods of planed additiv arc welding are shown to be appropriate for the further research of the design of cooling channels.
