Abstract
V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno oblikovno obločno varjenje z dodajanjem žice na osnovi MAG varjenja s funkcijo CMT+PULSE. Delo temelji na eksperimentalni izvedbi oblikovnega varjenja širokih navpičnih sten z robotsko roko in različnih načinov navarjanja predhodno izdelanih kanalov širine 3 mm in 5 mm. Na podlagi analize makro obrusov kanalov se določeni načini oblikovnega navarjanja z žico izkažejo kot ustrezni za nadaljnje raziskave pri načrtovanju izdelave hladilnih kanalov.

Title:Shape wire arc welding for manufacturing of cooling channels
Abstract:
The master thesis presents the robotic wire additive arc welding based on MAG welding with CMT+PULSE welding function. The experimental work is based on the experimental robotic wire additive arc welding of thick walls and different methods of additive welding of pre-made channels with width 3 mm and 5 mm. Based on the analysis of macro structure of channels, a certain methods of planed additiv arc welding are shown to be appropriate for the further research of the design of cooling channels.
