Izvleček
Opisano diplomsko delo predstavlja analizo in izdelavo programabilnega preobremenilnega sistema, ki ga uporablja obalno dvigalo Liebherr. V diplomski nalogi sta predstavljeni dve vsebinski poglavji. V prvem delu je preučena dokumentacija obstoječega sistema. V tem poglavju je razlaga vsakega sklopa oziroma kartice preobremenilne naprave, kjer so bile opravljene različne meritve na preobremenilnih karticah. V drugem poglavju je opisana izdelava izdelka. Izdelek je bil narejen z namenom, da bi lahko z njim hitro zamenjali obstoječo preobremenilno napravo v primeru okvare. To bistveno zmanjša stroške zamenjave, saj v primeru okvare sistema dvigalo ne obratuje. Tu smo si pomagali že z obstoječo napravo, ki smo jo predhodno analizirali; cilj je bil narediti takšen izdelek, ki je zmožen zamenjati obstoječ sistem. Projekt vsebuje simulator sond, ki zamenja vlogo sondi na dvigalu, primerjalne kartice in AD-pretvornik.

Naslov:Design and development of a programmable overload device for Liebherr coastal cranes

The described bachelor’s thesis represents the analysis and the production of programmable overload system which is used by coastal crane Liebherr. In the bachelor’s thesis, two chapters are presented in contents. In the first part, the documentation of the existing system is studied. In this chapter, there is an explanation of each complex and the card of the overload device where various measurements on overload cards were performed. In the second chapter, the production of the product is described. The product was made because it could be used to replace the existing overload device quickly in the case of malfunctioning of the crane. This essentially reduces the costs of replacement, as the crane does not function in the case of the malfunctioning of the system. Here, the existing machine was of great assistance to me. I analyzed it previously. The goal was to produce a product which is capable of replacing the existing system. The project includes a probe simulator which replaces the role of a probe on the crane, comparative cards, and AD converter.
