In my thesis is shown the procedure of development and engineering of a custom build machine. In this case the machine is transportation device for right placement of jar lids into mayonnaise filling machine.
After we looked over and analyze the sole purpose of the machine, we first reviewed the standards for machine building and construction. With models and guidelines for machine construction we established the time line of work. After that we used black-box method to determent various concept and solutions of our machine. Valued concepts showed which of the concepts is the most suitable for us.
The highest ranked concept was then engineered and 3D modeled with program Solidworks. In the end of this thesis the end product is shown along with cost analysis.
