Within the framework of this Master thesis, we have analyzed the existing state of production monitoring in the company and options for data capture. Time needed for operation completing, is captured manually on a piece of paper and later entered in ERP system. We investigated various ways of data capturing in the production and analyzed the possibility of their introduction into the company. The captured data are the basis for OEE monitoring. We analyzed the existing performance measurement system OEE inside the concern and adjusted it to suit the needs of the company. The result shows that the newly introduced information system for production monitoring will enable the collection of relevant and accurate data, which will be the credible basis for further analyzes, evaluations and important decisions at higher levels of decision making in the company.
