Abstract
Zaključno delo predstavlja razvoj virtualnega laserskega profilomera, ki je namenjen 3d izmeri površin virtualnih objektov. Laserski profilomer je sestavljen iz navidezne kamere in virtualne laserske ravnine. Merilnik temelji na triangulacijski metodi z eno-linijskim osvetljevanjem merjenca. Postopek, razvit znotraj programske opreme SolidWorks, omogoča rekonstrukcijo kakršnekoli površine. Razviti virtualni laserski profilomer predstavlja temelj za izvedbo simulacij oziroma izvedljivostnih študij adaptivnih robotskih obdelav, kot je MIG/MAG varjenje, kjer se z uporabo laserskega profilomera sproti korigira obdelovalna trajektorija

Title:The development of a virtual laser profilometer
Abstract:
The final work presents the development of the virtual laser profilometer for 3D measurements of surfaces of virtual objects. The laser profilometer consists of a virtual camera and a virtual laser plane. The meter is based on the triangular method with single-line illumination of the measured object. The procedure developed within the SolidWorks software allows the reconstruction of any kind of surface. To develop a virtual laser profilometer therefore presents the basis for performing simulations or for studies of adaptive robotic processing that can be carried out, such as MIG/MAG welding where the trajectory in process can be corrected simultaneously by using the laser profilometer.
