Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili principe delovanja, natančnost in uporabnost inercialnih navigacijskih sistemov. Na praktičnem primeru smo preizkusili uporabnost in natančnost določitve položaja z nizkocenovnimi inercialnimi senzorji. Na osnovi ugotovitev smo določili področja morebitne uporabe te tehnologije v geodeziji in sorodnih vedah.

Title:Principles of inertial navigation : graduation thesis
Abstract:
In the thesis the principles of operation, accuracy and usefulness of inertial navigation systems were presented. In practical cases, we tested the usability and precision of positioning with low-cost inertial sensors. On the basis of the findings, we determined the areas of potential use of this technology in geodesy and related disciplines.
