Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo se lotili reševanja problemov z manipuliranjem boksov, obrabo vozičkov in varnostjo pri delu z avtonomno vodenimi vozili. Pomagali smo si z meritvami ter s konstrukcijskimi idejami, ki smo jih nato pretvorili v 3D-model naprave za vmesno skladiščenje in preverili njeno funkcionalnost. Izvedli smo trdnostno kontrolo nosilnih profilov, uporabljenih pnevmatskih cilindrov in uporabljenih ležajev. Trdnostno kontrolo konstrukcije smo izvedli s pomočjo programa Catia V5. Prikazali smo posamične komponente za sestavo naprave ter izdelali pnevmatsko krmilno shemo. Rezultati analize so pokazali, da konstrukcija trdnostno ustreza, prav tako so zvari primerno oblikovani. Izdelali smo delavniško risbo zvarjenca in sestavno risbo naprave. Ugotovili, da naprava ustreza predpisanim pogojem, prav tako je ocena stroška izdelave sprejemljiva.

Title:Development of a load-carrying structure of an intermediate storage apparatus for a lean production line
Abstract:
In the B.Sc. thesis the problems with manipulation boxes, trolley wear and safety at work with autonomously guided vehicles were addressed and solved. Measurements and construction ideas, which were translated into the 3D model of the intermediate storage device were used. The functionality of this device was also checked. Profile, pneumatic cylinders and bearings calculations were carried out. Rigid control of the construction was done with Catia V5 program. Individual components for the composition of the device were shown and pneumatic scheme was created. Analysis results show that the structure and welds have suitable strength. Part drawing of the welded product and assembly drawing of the device were made. Final results showed that the device meets its general requirements and the overall cost of its production is acceptable.
