In the B.Sc. thesis the problems with manipulation boxes, trolley wear and safety at work with autonomously guided vehicles were addressed and solved. Measurements and construction ideas, which were translated into the 3D model of the intermediate storage device were used. The functionality of this device was also checked. Profile, pneumatic cylinders and bearings calculations were carried out. Rigid control of the construction was done with Catia V5 program. Individual components for the composition of the device were shown and pneumatic scheme was created. Analysis results show that the structure and welds have suitable strength. Part drawing of the welded product and assembly drawing of the device were made. Final results showed that the device meets its general requirements and the overall cost of its production is acceptable.
