In the theoretical part of this Master Thesis we introduced tangible and intangible cultural heritage, life and work of a scientist and linguist Franc Miklošič and his life stations in Prlekija: Ljutomer and Radomerščak in connection to tangible and intangible cultural heritage, which is present in this area. We studied existing literature, we focused on the most modern one. We explained the meaning of the title knight, we checked the records and texts of those times, connected to Franc Miklošič, we also introduced his less known texts, such as: Pravljice iz Bukovine and Berilo, we estimated and researched the possibility of their inclusion into the Social Sciences Curriculum in the second triads of Primary School.
In the empirical part of Master Thesis we interviewed the coordinator of a scientific-researching Symposium Miklošičevi dnevi at Gimnazija Ljutomer, with the present owner of a birth place of Franc Miklošič in Radomerščak, and also with an expert of Miklošič's heritage, head of Department for homeland studies in Ljutomer Library. We analysed the interviews and we researched the presence of tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
On three primary schools in fifth class, we carried out a questionnaire about the knowledge of life and work of Franc Miklošič. In this Master Thesis we introduced the results and findings of the questionnaires. We prepared a lesson plan and carried out an educational route from Ljutomer to Radomerščak.
