On the basis of the questionnaire, it was found that the mass of intellectual capital in the organization concerned is medium because the masses of process, innovation, human and relational capital reached the median level. The mass of social capital is high. The results are useful and helpful for the organization in question, since the majority of employees participated in the survey. By examining the results and improving the areas of intellectual capital, the organization will influence the improvement of the company's business.
