Master's thesis attempt to demonstrate how according to the texts the written spoken discourse shows deviations and how these linguistic characteristics affect the understanding of the text meaning. As one of the characteristics is shown hesitation, which is caused by the pressure on the speaker and his fast planning. It is shown in the wrong beginnings and grammatically incomplete statements. A typical characteristic of spoken discourse are pauses. They are very common phenomenon as well aa repetitions - we can mostly see repetitions, which are not planned. They represent one of the forms of stopping during the speech. Very often is a phenomenon, which occurs, when the speaker is not able to develop more complex syntactic structures and must return to specific structures, if he wants to develop a certain message. In case of word order we trace relatively high level of freedom, which is a result of a gradual approach. More often it is reflected in the adjectives and attributes, which are added to the noun. We also noted formes, which would in written text be noticeable and marked, yet are in spoken discourse usual. We call them text actualizers. An important feature of spoken conversation are also prosodic means that dictate the conversation. Finally, however, it was considered the importance of the context, which is essential for undestanding.
