Abstract
V večini lesnih podjetij ni več temeljno vprašanje, kako izdelke proizvesti, temveč kako in komu jih prodati. Trženjska strategija mora postati filozofija podjetja, če hoče podjetje preživeti. Trženjski načrt je formalni dokument, v katerem so zapisane raziskave trga in končna trženjska strategija, katere bi se podjetje moralo držati. Razmere na trgu se nenehno spreminjajo. Zato bi se tržni načrt moral obnavljati ciklično, še posebej v malem podjetju, ki je predmet obravnave v diplomskem delu. V nalogi sem preučila mnenja tržnih strokovnjakov o pomembnosti kriterijev pri odločanju potrošnikov za nakup notranjih vrat in rezultate raziskave upoštevala pri določitvi trženjske strategije.

Title:Development of marketing strategy in a company producing indoor doors
Abstract:
In most carpenteries the main question is not how to make the products, but how and to whom to sell them. A marketing strategy must become a company fhilosophy, if it wants to survive. The marketing plan is a formal document, which contains market research and final marketing strategy,followed by the company. Market conditions are changing all the thime, so the marketing plan should be updated for the last a couple of years,if we are speaking about the described smaller company which is the subject of the examination in the thesis. Opinions of marketing experts on the topic of criteria in deciding consumers to buy interior doors were gathered and implemented in the defining of marketing strategy.
