The graduation thesis describes a computer program for the design of post-tensioned concrete beams. It was made in Microsoft's Excel with the help of Visual Basic (VBA). Due to the sheer magnitude of the issue at hand the calculations are limited to fully prestressed concrete members. The program allows the user to quickly and easily analyze post-tensioned simple concrete beams. It also gives the user a choice of the course of the tendons along the reference axis.
The thesis includes the descriptions of all the used equations and variables, along with tables and charts the user needs to enter certain coefficients. This is followed by a detailed presentation of the program that includes the descriptions of the design, ways to enter the necessary values, calculation process and how it all works.
