The thesis presents the procedures of creating 3D models and animations that can be used in computer games. In the first part of the thesis I introduce 3D modeling, rendering and animation. I review some of the educational games, and video tutorials that helped me make the models. Later I present the Blender software and describe the modeling, rendering and animation of the 3D models I made, and the rendering options. Lastly I describe how to create sprite sheets using Texture Packer, where the rendered pictures are packed together and in that way can be used in computer games.
