In the herewith diploma work we developed an additional station, specially designed for the insertion of the instructions on the packaging machine and its development. The introduction part addressed the background study and the previously set objectives associated with the above mentioned device. A brief description of the stations, installed on the automotive machines, the way these devices operate and their main purpose then followed. Moreover, we also described the theoretical background information related to the operation of the station, mentioned the main components and gave a detailed description of the modes of control. In the methodological part of the thesis we presented all the necessary calculations to better understand the tact of the station, the cylinder speed, and the vacuum force created on the vacuum gripper. We also designed and introduced two concepts of the station in detail. With the help of a morphological matrix we determined the components and evaluated them. We then outlined the most appropriate concept to be installed in the production line in a more extensive way. The choice and calculation of all components, part of the station, then closely followed. In addition, we also tried to describe both the connection of the station on the pneumatic block and the sensors to the PLC. In order to better illustrate the meaning of this thesis, a number of images was also enclosed so that certain problems, solutions and results found in some chapters, were made more visible and understandable. Finally, we also enclosed all the selected component parts of the additional station, necessary for the realization of the station's operation.
