Abstract
V magistrskem delu je predstavljen način priprave projektantskega popisa gradbenih del z naprednimi elektronskimi izmerami projektnih količin. Glavni namen magistrskega dela je predstaviti prednosti in potencial uporabe sodobnih orodij za elektronske izmere za digitalizacijo priprave projektantskih popisov del. V uvodnem delu so prikazane bistvene zahteve pri pripravi projektantskega popisa del in primerjava med ročnimi in elektronskimi izmerami na osnovi digitalnih dokumentov in modelov. Elektronske izmere omogočajo uporabo bolj natančnih vhodnih podatkov, kot so modeli v izvornih formatih in formatih na osnovi standarda IFC ter rastrske in vektorske risbe. Opisan je tudi pomen standarda IFC z vidika priprave projektantskih popisov del. Prav tako so predstavljene programske rešitve, ki omogočajo zajem elektronskih izmer. V praktičnem delu naloge je predstavljen model BIM (angl. Building Information Model) enodružinske stanovanjske hiše, ki je bil izdelan v okolju ARCHICAD 20 na podlagi načrtov 2D CAD. Skozi delo so opisani vsi ključni koraki, ki so bili potrebni za dosego zastavljenega cilja, za končno pripravo projektantskega popisa gradbenih del v programu CostX 6.0 in izvoz le tega. Prikazane so tudi različne vizualizacije zunanjosti in notranjosti obravnavane enodružinske stanovanjske hiše, ki so bile pripravljene s pomočjo programa Artlantis Studio 6.

Title:Advanced electronic measurements of project quantities from BIM, CAD and PDF with a case study
Abstract:
The master thesis presents quantity takeoff using advanced electronic takeoff system. The main purpose of the thesis is to present main advantages and potential use of advanced tools for electronic takeoffs. In the first part essential requirements for the preparation of quantity takeoff and comparison between manual and electronic measurements on the basis of digital documents and models are elaborated. Electronic takeoffs enable the use of more accurate input data, such models in original formats and formats based on the IFC standard and raster and vector drawings. The IFC standard is described from the point of view of quantity takeoff. Different software solutions that enable advanced electronic takeoffs are also presented and described. The case study demonstrates the use of electronic takeoffs using a BIM model of a single-family residential house. The model was developed by ARCHICAD 20 software. The thesis describes essential steps that are necessary to achieve the objective, namely for the quantity takeoff process in the CostX 6.0 tool. We also present various exterior and interior visualizations of the single-family residential house that were prepared in the Artlantis Studio.
