Intelligence is today an extremely broad concept, which means a situation in which we find ourselves, then we know how to adapt and this solved the problem. In this thesis the focus is also emotional intelligence and interpretation of many authors. This is interwoven into the reality of knowing the emotions of the company and management, with emotion. The purpose of the master thesis is a comparative interpretation with other managers and employees about knowledge, usability and upgrading. The aim of the master thesis is the presentation of the importance of the development of high emotional intelligence of managers and employees. The overall objective of the study focuses on the level of development of emotional intelligence leaders in this organization and in the opinion of employees on the importance of emotional intelligence. By analyzing primary and secondary sources and research reports have investigated the current situation and the importance of emotional intelligence in the individual enterprises in Slovenia. The research is made more clear view of the importance of emotional intelligence of managers and employees, and the state in which they find themselves employed if their leader does not give sufficient emphasis to the emotions and, if not emotionally intelligent. Findings have shown that highly intelligent leader of successfully leading its employees to common objectives, included in the working process and to listen. If the leader does not give great importance to emotions and neglected, this highly featured on the employees and their commitment to work.
