Abstract
Opazovali in beležili smo povprečno normirano vrednost prekoračene hitrosti, povprečni normirani pospešek, povprečni normirani bočni odmik in povprečno normirano varnostno razdaljo.

Title:Evaluation of safe driving in a driving simulator
Abstract:
The purpose of this dissertation is to analyse the user’s driving and evaluate it with the aid of a driving simulator and to observe the impact of hands-free telephone conversations on the user's driving. We observed and recorded the average normalized exceeded speed value, average normalized acceleration, average normalized lateral deviation, and the average normalized safety distance. We conducted two tests with a large number of participants. The first test was aimed at establishing indicative evaluation criteria, and on the second test we observed the effect of a hands-free mobile phone on the driving experience. Based on the gathered results, we proposed limiting values for each parameter, on the basis of which we can divide the drivers into several safety classes. The use of mobile phones when driving, showed to be disruptive and was reflected in the lower driving grades of most participants.
