Pomen sodelovanja medicinske sestre z družino kronično bolnega otroka : diplomsko delo

Uvod: Kronična bolezen spremeni življenje tako kronično bolnemu otroku kot njegovi družini. Kronično bolan otrok in njegova družina potrebujeta informacije o sami kronični bolezni, zdravljenju in zdravstveni negi. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je s pregledom literature ugotoviti, zakaj je pomembno sodelovanje medicinske sestre z družino kronično bolnega otroka in kako pomembna je vloga družine pri kronično bolnem otroku. Metode: V diplomskem delu je uporabljena opisna metoda dela s sistematičnim pregledom znanstvene literature. V analizo člankov je zajeto desetletno časovno obdobje od leta 2006 do 2016, z izjemo 5 starejših člankov, ki bistveno pripomorejo k vsebini diplomskega dela. Najdena literatura je v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku in najdena s pomočjo podatkovnih baz CINAHL with Full Text, ERIC, Medline in Cochrane. V obravnavo je podrobneje vključenih 30 člankov. Razprava in zaključek: Pregled literature je pokazal, da ima družina pomembno vlogo pri kronično bolnem otroku, kot tudi sodelovanje medicinske sestre z družino kronično bolnega otroka. Pomen sodelovanja medicinske sestre z družino kronično bolnega otroka je v tem, da družini nudi pomoč in oporo. Medicinske sestre morajo starše naučiti kakovostne zdravstvene nege za dobro počutje njihovega kronično bolnega otroka. Pri kronično bolnem otroku se to kaže kot napredovanje v zdravljenju in zdravstveni negi. Starši kronično bolnega otroka se lažje spopadajo s kronično boleznijo, stresom in so manj obremenjeni.

Izvleček

Introduction: Chronic illness changes live of chronic illed child and also affect his or her family. Child with chronic illness and his or her family need information about chronic illness itself, treatment and nursing. Purpose: The purpose of the diploma paper is to review the literature and to find out the importance of the cooperation between nurses and family with a child with a chronic illness and how important is the family role with a child with chronic illness. Methods: Descriptive method work with systematic review of scientific literature has been used in this diploma paper. The analysis of articles covers time period between 2006 and 2016 with the exception of 5 older articles which importantly contributes to this diploma paper. All literature is in Slovene or in English language and has been found with the data base of CINAHL with Full Text, ERIC, Medline in Cochran. Discussion and conclusion: A literature review has shown that family has important role when dealing with child with chronic illness and also cooperation between nurses and family with a child with a chronic illness. The importance of cooperation between nurses and family with a child with a chronic illness reveals in help and support to the family. Nurses have to learn the parents quality nursing care for the welfare of their chronically ill child. This can be seen in treatment and nursing care for child with chronic illness. Parents with child with chronic illness easily cope with chronic illness, stress and are less loaded.
