Preventivno delovanje na področju spolnih zlorab v osnovni šoli : diplomsko delo

V diplomskem delu se ukvarjam s preventivnim delovanjem na področju spolnih zlorab v osnovni šoli. V teoretičnem delu definiram, kaj je spolno nasilje in kaj so spolne zlorabe, nato pa opisujem žrtve spolnih zlorab ter storilce tega dejanja. Ker se večina spolnih zlorab zgodi v družini oziroma s strani oseb, ki jih otrok pozna in so mu blizu, posebno pozornost namenjam razvoju spolnega nasilja v družini. Dotaknem se tudi teme spolnega nasilja in zlorab preko svetovnega spleta in kako pred tem obvarovati otroke. V nadaljevanju teoretičnega dela predstavim trenutno stanje na področju preventive pred spolnimi zlorabami, naštejem preventivne nasvete, ki bi jih morali odrasli dati otrokom, ko jih želijo obvarovati pred tovrstnim nasiljem, obenem pa tudi pojasnim, zakaj otroci o spolni zlorabi ne povedo. Zato je dobro poznati znake, ki kažejo na to, da je bil otrok žrtev spolne zlorabe. Ker se v diplomskem delu osredotočam na preventivno delovanje v osnovni šoli, je poglavje v zaključku teoretičnega dela namenjeno vključevanju preventivnih aktivnosti v kurikulum osnovne šole. Definiram tudi vlogo pedagoških in ostalih delavcev pri preprečevanju in odkrivanju spolnih zlorab ter sodelovanje z ostalimi institucijami - policija, Center za socialno delo, zunanje organizacije. V empiričnem delu, ki ga sestavljajo dva intervjuja ter izvedba pedagoškega programa na temo spolnih zlorab za učence 6. razreda, raziskujem, kakšno je trenutno stanje glede preventive v šolskem prostoru na področju spolnih zlorab ter kakšne so možnosti izboljšav preventivnega dela. Zanimalo me je tudi, kakšna je vloga policije pri preprečevanju spolnih zlorab ter kakšna je vloga pedagoških delavcev v timu strokovnjakov, ki preprečujejo spolne zlorabe.

Izvleček

In the diploma thesis I deal with preventive action in the field of sexual abuse in the elementary school. In the theoretical part I define what sexual violence is and what sexual abuses are. Then I describe the victims of sexual abuses as well as the perpetrators committing these crimes. Due to the fact, that the most sexual abuses happen in the domestic environment, i.e. by the persons a child trusts and are close to him, I pay special attention to the development of sexual violence in the family. I also mention the topic of sexual violence and abuses through World Wide Web and how to protect the children against that. Later in the theoretical part I present current condition in the field of prevention against sexual abuses; I list preventive advices the parents should give to children when they want to protect them against such violence. At the same time I explain why the children do not speak about the sexual abuse. Therefore, it is good to know the symptoms that show that a child was a victim of sexual abuse. Due to the fact that I focus on preventive action in the elementary school in the thesis, the chapter in the conclusion of the theoretical part is intended to including preventive activities into the curriculum of the elementary school. I define also the role of educational and other workers in preventing and discovering sexual abuses as well as the cooperation with the other institutions – police, Social Work Centre, external organizations. In the empirical part that is composed of two interviews as well as the exercise of the educational program with the topic of sexual abuses for the pupils of the sixth grade I research what the current condition regarding the prevention in the school environment in the field of sexual abuses is and what the possibilities of improvements regarding the preventive work are. I was also interested in what the role of the police in preventing sexual abuses is and what the role of educational workers is in a team of experts, who prevent sexual abuses.
