The purpose of this thesis is to present the development process of the website Klip.si from the beginning until now. It also describes the management of the website. The purpose of Klip.si is to entertain visitors with new viral videos, which are added to the website daily. In the first part we will be introduced with the beginnings of the website and the ideas that led to its creation, together with the entire process of planning. A greater emphasis is on self-management of Klip.si over a period of four years and a use of various social networks and other media to maximize the number of new visitors. The second part of the thesis talks about self-management and getting visitors to our site. At the end, there is our vision and look to the future along with the presentation of additional related products.
