Abstract
Magistrska naloga obravnava operativni kataster vodovoda in kanalizacije, ki ga vodi upravljavec vodovoda in kanalizacije. V prvem delu naloge je predstavljena zgradba operativnega katastra, elaborati za vpis v kataster, obdelava in vzdrževanje podatkov. Pred zasutjem infrastrukture je potrebno zajeti točne in natančne podatke o položaju in višini ter čim večje število opisnih podatkov. Poudarek magistrskega dela je na vodenju operativnega katastra v geografskih informacijskih sistemih, ki omogočajo obdelavo velike količine podatkov ter prostorske analize. Primeri uporabe podatkov operativnega katastra so obširneje in praktično predstavljeni v osrednjem delu naloge. Nadalje smo izvedli mrežni analizi sledenja poti na vodovodnem in kanalizacijskem omrežju. V zaključku pa smo izdelali še 3D-model vodovodnega in kanalizacijskega omrežja na ožjem območju.

Title:Cadastre of water supply system and sewage system in GIS
Abstract:
The master’s thesis deals with operational cadastre of water supply system and sewage system. It is led by manager of water supply system facilities and sewage system facilities. The first part of the thesis presents the structure of operational cadastre, structure of water and sewage utility survey report, and processing and maintenance of cadastral data. It is very important to make an accurate and precise survey about the position, height and other descriptive data, before the infrastructure is put in the ground and covered up. The focus of the master thesis is an implementation of operational cadastre in geographic information systems, which enables to process large amount of data and spatial analysis. Examples of use of the cadastre data are extensively and practically presented in the central part of the thesis. Furthermore, we performed network trace analysis on water and sewerage network. In the conclusion, we have created a 3D model of the water supply system and sewage system in the study area.
