Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo proučevali mostni tehtalni sistem za tehtanje vozil v gibanju in njegovo uporabo v izločanju preobteženih tovornih vozil. V prvem delu smo opisali tehtalne sisteme za tehtanje vozil v gibanju ter njihove prednosti in slabosti. Predstavili smo tudi različne zahteve, ki jih je treba upoštevati pri določanju natančnosti takšnih sistemov, in reševanje problematike preobteženih vozil. V drugem delu smo opisali osnove mostnega tehtalnega sistema za tehtanje vozil v gibanju in dinamične vplive na meritvene objekte, ki jih moramo pri tem upoštevati. V tretjem delu smo predstavili osnovno zgradbo sistema SiWIM in opravili nekaj meritev. Rezultate smo prikazali glede na evropsko specifikacijo COST323.

Title:Evaluation of a bridge-based weigh-in-motion system
Abstract:
In this thesis we study the bridge weighing system for weighing vehicles in motion and its application in the elimination of overweight vehicles. In the first part, we describe the weighing systems for weighing vehicles in motion, their strengths and weaknesses. We have also presented various requirements that need to be considered when determining the accuracy of such systems and solving problems overweight vehicles. In the second part, we describe the basics of a bridge weighing system for weighing vehicles in motion and the dynamic effects on measurement objects, that must be taken into account. In the third part, we present the basic structure of SiWIM system and some measurements, which results was shown, according to European specification COST323.
