Abstract
V prvem delu diplomske naloge je opisan postopek testiranja sistema JUBHome BASE, ki predstavlja temeljni konstrukcijski sklop sistema JUBHome. Obravnavan temeljni sklop je sestavljen iz podložnega betona, hidroizolacije, toplotne izolacije ter armiranobetonske temeljne plošče. Osnovni namen preiskav, ki so se izvajale na Fakulteti za gradbeništvo in geodezijo, je bilo določiti odpornost temeljnega sklopa na zdrs ter odpornost čepastega stika med EPS ploščami, ki se lahko izvede v sloju toplotne izolacije. Kot rezultati preizkusov so v diplomski nalogi podani koeficienti lepenja ter strižne nosilnosti posameznih preizkušancev. V nadaljevanju diplomske naloge je opisan postopek potresne analize po metodi z vodoravnimi silami. Po tem postopku je opravljena potresna analiza temeljnega sklopa izbrane pritlične hiše na področju Ljubljane. Rezultati analize so potresne sile na nivoju toplotne izolacije. Za obravnavan primer smo ugotovili, da je zdrs v primeru projektnega potresa preprečen. Projektni pospešek tal pri katerem bi prišlo do pojava zdrsa objekta, če se toplotno izolacijo prosto položi na hidroizolacijo, znaša 0,36 g. V primeru lepljenega stika med toplotno in hidroizolacijo pa je zdrs preprečen vse do maksimalnega pospeška tal 0,68 g.

Title:Experimental investigations and simplified seismic analysis of the structural system JUBHome BASE
Abstract:
The experimental investigations of the structural system JUBHome BASE are presented in the first part of the thesis. JUBHome BASE is a foundation assembly which consists of hydro isolation, thermal isolation (EPS) and reinforced concrete foundation slab. The main objective of the experimental investigations, which were performed at the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, was to determine the shear resistance of the JUBHome BASE system and the shear resistance of the contact in layers of thermal isolation. Discussed are the results of the experimental investigation with an emphasis on the coefficient of friction and shear resistance of contact between layers of thermal isolation. In the second part of the thesis the simplified seismic analysis according to method with horizontal forces is described. This method was used to estimate the design seismic force in the case of a residential house located in Ljubljana. It was found that the design seismic force is lower than the shear resistance of JUBHome BASE system. The slip between the hydro isolation and thermal isolation would occur if peak ground acceleration would be greater than 0,36 g. If the thermal isolation is glued then the shear resistance would be attained at peak ground acceleration of 0,68 g.
