Abstract
Elektrokardiografija (ang. Electrocardiography) je neboleč proces merjenja in snemanja aktivnosti srca z elektrodami, ki so nameščene na pacientovem telesu. Z njegovo pomočjo lahko določimo srčni ritem in srčni utrip, diagnosticiramo slabo prekrvavitev srčne mišice ter ugotovimo morebitni srčni napad. EKG holterji merijo električno aktivnost srca, na podlagi katere shranijo elektrokardiogram v digitalni obliki. Pomembno je, da je naprava zmožna shraniti celoten elektrokardiogram za več dni ali tednov. V ta namen se uporabljajo spominske kartice ali po potrebi USB ključek. V pričujočem diplomskem delu je opisan postopek razvoja prenosnega EKG merilnika, ki meri električno aktivnost srca in jo shranjuje na pomnilniško kartico. Delo je razdeljeno na 4 poglavja. Na začetku dela je opisano ozadje EKG meritev, opis EKG odvodov, uporabljene elektrode pri EKG meritvah, primer EKG rezultatov ter opis EKG holter naprave. Sledi opis vhodnih zahtev merilnika z načrtovanjem in opisom strojne opreme, potrebne za osnovno delovanje naprave. Opisan je podroben proces od začetka razvoja, vhodnih zahtev, blokovne sheme ter opis posameznih blokov sistema. Tretje večje poglavje predstavlja programska oprema, uporabljena na merilniku z dodatno razlago o načrtovanju digitalnih filtrov uporabljenih za procesiranje meritev. Za konec pa je dodan primer grafov EKG signala iz simulatorja ter opis potrebnih izboljšav.

Title:Development of the portable ECG device
Abstract:
Electrocardiography is a painless process of measuring and recording heart activity using electrodes, connected to the patient's body. With its support we can detect heart rhythm and heart beat, diagnose poor blood flow in the heart muscle and diagnose heart attack. ECG holter measures electrical activity of heart and saves lead data to digital format. It's important that device can save entire electrocardiogram for a few days or even weeks. For this purpose, secure digital cards or USB flash drives are used. In this thesis ECG holter development process is described, which measures electrical activity of the heart and stores data to secure digital card. Work has 4 main sections. First is described behind the process of ECG measurements, ECG leads, used electrodes for ECG measurement and described ECG holter device. Continues with input requirements. development and description of hardware, used for minimal device usage. Third big section talks about software used on ECG holter with explanation on digital filtering used in microcontroller for signal processing. At the end, there is example of ECG measurement from device with description of improvements needed for future use.
