The results of radiocarbon dating of tree-ring chronologies from Hočevarica are presented. The beginning of the 139 year long oak chronology is dated to the second half of the 38th century BC, while the beginning of the 72 year long ash chronology is set in the year 3625 BC. The anticipated end of building activity in the settlement is set in the mid 36th century BC. The 14Cdates indicate that the ash HOC-FRSP1 chronology from Hočevarica could be concurrent with the VMO-QUSP2 chronology from Spodnje mostišče 1.
